What's the turnaround time? +

Starter and Brand packages are delivered within 4–6 business days of brief approval. Brand tier includes priority 24hr turnaround as standard. Catalogue pricing includes a delivery timeline agreed at project kickoff.

Do you shoot real products or generate them? +

We produce editorial lifestyle scenes — context-rich imagery that places your product in aspirational real-world settings. The final assets are production-ready for e-commerce, editorial, and paid channels. We don't mock up or composite fake product photography.

What's included in the commercial license? +

Full commercial rights for the selected scope — e-commerce, paid ads, editorial, and trade use. Exclusive buyout is available on the Catalogue tier. Brand tier covers multi-channel campaign deployment across your primary markets.

Can I combine products into a single package? +

Yes — if you're photographing multiple products in the same scene concept, we can bundle them at a per-product rate below the standard package price. The intake form captures this; we'll confirm pricing in the consultation.

What if I need revisions after delivery? +

Every package includes a 7-day revision window — submit your feedback via the client viewer link. Minor revisions (color, crop, mood) are covered. Scene re-shoots or scope changes are quoted separately.

Do you offer monthly retainers? +

For brands with ongoing content cadences, we offer monthly retainers covering a set number of products per month with a dedicated scene library. Available on the Catalogue tier — reach out via the intake form and mention retainer in the constraints field.
