Common questions

Process, timelines, revisions, and pricing

Fill out the project intake form with your product details, mood direction, and reference images. James reviews your brief and aligns on creative direction, then we produce the imagery and deliver final files via a shared link — typically within 4–6 business days.
Yes. We work with your actual product — supplied via the intake form or shipped to our studio — and compose it into editorial lifestyle scenes. The imagery is production-ready for e-commerce, editorial, and paid channels; we don't fabricate fake product photography.
AI handles the heavy lifting on compositing and scene rendering — light, atmosphere, materials — at a quality bar you couldn't get from a single studio session. A human directs every scene, reviews every output, and signs off on the final files before delivery.
Starter and Brand packages are delivered within 4–6 business days of brief approval. Catalogue timelines are agreed at kickoff based on product volume and scope — typically 2–4 weeks for a full line.
Brand tier includes priority 24hr turnaround as standard. If you're on Starter and need a rush, you can add the Rush Delivery add-on at brief submission to cut turnaround to 48 hours.
You'll see first drafts via the client viewer within the first half of your delivery window — typically day 2–3 — so there's room to course-correct before final files.
Every package includes a 7-day revision window after delivery. Submit feedback via the client viewer link — minor revisions (color, crop, mood adjustments) are covered. Scene re-shoots or scope changes are quoted separately.
The 7-day window covers as many rounds of minor feedback as you need. We keep the bar loose so you don't have to ration edits. Larger scope adjustments — new room styles, different product staging — are priced as add-ons.
Up until production starts, yes — just flag it during the consultation. After production begins, mid-project style changes require additional scene work and are billed as an extra room style per product.
Every package covers creative consultation, the imagery production itself, full commercial license, final format delivery, web-optimized files, multiple aspect ratios, and a 7-day revision window. No add-ons for things that should just work.
For brands with ongoing content cadences, we offer monthly retainers covering a set number of products per month with a dedicated scene library. Available on the Catalogue tier — note "retainer" in the constraints field of the intake form and we'll work out the details.
Yes — photographing multiple products under the same scene concept gets you a bundled per-product rate below the standard package price. The intake form captures this; we'll confirm pricing during the consultation.
Starter covers a single product. There's no minimum beyond that — but if you're photographing several products, the per-product rate drops meaningfully on Brand and Catalogue tiers, so it's worth bundling.
